KOR's response to the Critical Data Elements (CDE) Technical Guidance changes proposed by the Regulatory Oversight Committee (ROC) of the Unique Transaction Identifier (“UTI”), Unique Product Identifier (“UPI”), and Critical Data Elements (“CDE”) for its consultation on the revised CDE Technical Guidance. KOR has provided responses to the ROC’s proposed changes, as well as comments on select CDE fields based on our experience as a Trade Repository (“TR”).
