KOR Watch SMS incident alerts

KOR Watch is KOR’s internal incident-management and on-call tool. It sends SMS alerts about production incidents, escalations, and on-call shift changes to KOR employees and contractors who have opted in. This page describes how consent is collected and the terms of the SMS program. This is an internal notification service — no marketing messages are sent, and messages are never sent to customers or the general public.

How you opt in

Opt-in is individual and explicit. After signing in to KOR Watch (korwatch.kor.farm) with your KOR single sign-on account, open Settings → Notifications, enter your mobile number, and check the consent box shown below. You will receive a confirmation SMS. You can also opt in by texting START to the KOR Watch number after registering your number in settings.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and this program is available only to KOR employees and contractors participating in on-call rotations.

Reply STOP (or CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, END) to any message, or remove your number in KOR Watch → Settings → Notifications. You will receive one final confirmation message.

Carriers

Privacy

Mobile numbers and opt-in consent collected for this program are used solely to deliver KOR Watch operational alerts. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties, and will not be shared with affiliates or third parties for marketing purposes. Changes to these terms

KOR may update these program terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside KOR Watch. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
